Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim for transparent dealings and customer satisfaction in every engagement. Because our services are digital and largely custom, refund eligibility is assessed based on the stage of work completed.

1. Project Cancellation by Client

A full refund is provided if a project is cancelled before any work has started.

A partial refund (minus administrative and resource costs already incurred) applies if a project is cancelled mid-way through development.

No refund is provided once the final product or deliverable has been completed and delivered.

2. Project Cancellation by Social Partners

If we are unable to complete a project for any reason, a full refund will be issued for any unworked portion of the engagement.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Monthly or annual subscription services (such as ongoing digital marketing retainers or hosting), completed work, and third-party charges (domain registration, plugins, advertising spend) are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
